How It Works Step 1 – Free Initial Consultation We assess your VRS readiness: provider/network, UAT access, GLNs, testable GTIN/serial/lot/expiry data, and current procedures. You get a gap list and recommended scope. Step 2 – Test Design & Scheduling We build a concise test matrix (positive/negative/edge cases), schedule sessions with trading partners, and prepare draft SOP/WI updates for request handling, exceptions, and documentation. Step 3 – Execution & Evidence We run the tests, capture screenshots/logs/timestamps, triage defects and retest, then deliver a Validation Summary Report, Evidence Binder, and finalized SOP/WI so your team can confidently demonstrate compliance.
